Returns

You have30 daysfrom receipt of your order to return it, without the need for justification.

Conditions

The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Write to us at jsnhcore@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the return.

Refunds

Once the product is received and reviewed, we process your refund to the same payment method within 14 days.

Defective products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will fix it at no cost.
